Processing of personal data
The company Mentor Barber Shop, with registered office at Na hutích 766/7, 160 00 Prague 6, ID: 19771673, processes in the case of your service reservation, registration or evaluation of services in the sense of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (formerly and hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the following personal data:
- name and surname
- e-mail adress
- phone
- other information listed in the booking form (note text or any additional information for booking)
Personal data manager
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator Mentor Barber Shop, with registered office at Na hutích 766/7, 160 00 Prague 6, ID: 19771673. However, personal data may also be processed for the Administrator by other processors, for example providers of processing software, services and applications, which, however, currently not in use by the company.
Reasons for processing personal data
The mentioned personal data must be processed for problem-free use of the website, the possibility of sending a question via the website, sending a service evaluation, or creating a reservation. Such processing is enabled by Article 6, paragraph 1 letter b) Regulations. These personal data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 3 years from the first processing of these personal data, unless you consent to further processing.
According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- request information from us about what personal data we process, possibly request a copy of this personal data,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request us to delete this personal data – this deletion will, however, result in the termination of contract negotiations and will only be carried out if the interests of the joint administrators do not outweigh your privacy protection,
- in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection, or the court.
Contact information and withdrawal of consent
Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to the address info@mentorbarbershop.cz or a letter to the address of the Administrator’s headquarters (see the Personal Data Administrator paragraph in this article).
